The waitress says that she saw a pin in Latgalian on Gundega’s bag. The waitress is Agnieszka. They ask each other how they know Latgalian. Agnieszka is studying Baltic philology, but Gundega’s husband is Latgalian. Gundega doesn’t know what to order – this is a vegan cafe and everything is new to her. “The carrot-salmon sandwich and the chocolate pie are very tasty,” says Agnieszka.
